I was amazed by the lengths these folks went to to fix my phone. They spent hours helping me and they charged me nothing for their time. The manager even offered to stay late to fix it because he knew I was going out of town. I paid only for a small part. I came to them because I could not afford what verizon quoted me to fix the phone. From now on, they will be the first people I contact for anything related to my cell. They definitely went above and beyond!
Went above and beyond to fix my mom's phone. Ordered all the parts before we even got to the store so that way they could fix it quickly and my mom wasn't without her phone for very long. Everyone is very nice that works there and professional.
