I strongly not recommend to choose D.R. Horton for you new home. My experience was that my lender wasn't good enough for them (they tried to say they never heard of them, when a quick google search would yield a national mortgage company with years of lending experience), so they tried to force me to use their lender DHI Mortgage. Worst home builders in the country. The materials are garbage and don’t believe a word your agent tells you they are not clued in on the construction of the home. You will wait forever and your home will be crap.
