Worst experience I've had in a long time, including being called a f***ing a**hole by the owner (Mark) over the phone. First, hard time getting a time scheduled (for mobile service). Second, said window of time starting at 8 am, but did not tell me that that window was all day (until 4 pm). I've seen 3 or 4 hour windows of time, but never 8...
