Well i was just looking up the stores phone number when and i notice the review section.. So here it is. Been going to this store for 10 years now. Set up both my and my wifes car with remote starters and radio that let up run/charge out ipods. Prices are just as good as the chain store but these guys know the product way better and know how to install it in a quality and timely manner. I just got a remote starter and a radio with touchscreen navigation and iPod control installed in my Escalade. Love it! The navigation radio is crazy fast and sounds great. The remote starter starts my car from inside my work hundreds of feet away from my truck. The guy there (i think his name was Justin) ordered all my parts and installed it all 2 days later in about 4 hours. A+ Mobile Audio Concepts!
HORRIBLE experience. I dropped off my BRAND NEW car to get a starter put in, picked it up he next day and there were huge scratches on the drivers side door. When confronted, Justin (the manager) said there was "no way it could have happened there" and "in 11 years theyve never had something like this happen" Well, theres a first time for everything. I got a remote starter from this store for christmas. Had it put in my Accord in January and I LOVE it! Controls my doorlocks across the biggest of parking lots and starts it from that far away too. Pretty neat little remote too. Its blue with a bright blue light. Very happy with their service too. They only had my car for about 2 hours or so and mounted the antenna behind my rearview mirror so its hidden. Been here many times over the years and have had a lot of work done by them and everytime its been great. Something you dont get at the big box stores is people who really know what they are doing because this is their business. Service has always been great and they are good at explaining how to use my new gadgets to a noob like me. Would def. go there again and i recommend them to anyone.
These guys do great work and fix it if it is their fault, but taking it appon yourself to rewire the system voids warranty. Even I know that. It also makes it do funny things like not start are deprogram. Also walmart starters void warranty if installed by the customer and they suck.Viper alarm/starter are cheap and built poorly. I am an audiofile and I did the research. Compustar is rated as the 3rd best remote starter company in the world. Viper crap from Walmart is just plain garbage and rates at the bottom. so one day i was strolling along by mobile audio and i saw a box in da window that caught my eye. i went in and asked how much it would be for everything. and to my surprise they were even cheeper than circut city. great prices, great customer service and great people. i am very happy with my set--up and i recomend this shop for anybody who wants to make their car sound sick.
I went to Mobile Audio for a new stereo in my Tacoma and they set me up with a really cool JVC Radio that syncs with my phone so its handsfree and runs my iPOD. I also got a Powerbass subwoofer and amplifier that slams pretty good but doesnt take up too much space. They got me in right away and everything was in and running in about two hours or so. There were plenty on employees to answer the hundred or so questions i had and ill definately be going back to buy new door speakers soon. Thanks for reading.
