My unit was place beside the driveway . I asked the kid when it was delivered how much advanced notice did I need to give for pick up and was told a day or two. When it came time for pick up I had to pay $75 for emergency pick up since the first open date was a week away. When they arrived to pick up the unit it was heavy and sank in the mud. After comparing the rates and options with their competitor, I choose Mobile Attic for my move. I'm so glad I did! Their rates were less and were very flexible with my pick up and delivery. They arrive punctually and provide a courtesy call to let you know they're on their way. Some of my items were in storage for about nine months and I was concerned about the storage.
