RecommendedVery smooth unloading, check-in, and security.
Paid to park 5 blocks away... waited an hour to get on a shuttle to go to the cruise terminal and waited an hour at the terminal to get on a shuttle to go back to the off site parking it was 38 degrees....
We encountered fog and the ship was delayed... when they tell you NOT to head to the terminal, DON’T head to the terminal unless you wanna sit & wait for hours!! Otherwise it was an OK experience.
Small terminal, close to home and everyone is extremely courteous and friendly.
Absolutely ridiculous! No order, only chaos and ignorance. Won't return and certainly won't recommend.
I have taken 2 cruises out of Mobile, both were exceptional. We were delayed several hours Saturday Feb 23 due to fog and yes it was chaotic...but those employees did the best they could with a situation they couldn't help. Everyone we encountered Saturday and today as we returned had a smile,welcomed you and pointed you in the correct direction. (Including mobile PD) The terminal is small and would be great to expand parking.

I have cruise many times and this one is a nightmare. Ship late docking because of fog and we can’t set sail because of fog. I know they can’t help the weather but I personally won’t cruise out of this port again. This has never happened on my 10 previous cruise from other ports.
sat in traffic for almost 2 hours on the interstate to be directed to wrong direction to make a u turn and sit in more traffic. absolutely the worst organization I've ever seen!
