We had read the reviews (after booking our cruise), and I was really dreading it because of several reviews! We decided to arrive extra early, to accommodate traffic, possibility of train, etc. Our scheduled time to check in was 1:30-2:00. We arrived at 10:30, was parked and on the ship eating lunch on Lido deck within an hour! The staff was very friendly, and helpful! Awesome experience!! We’re on the FANTASY, and we’re having an awesome time! We’ve not had to wait for anything, literally! ❤️

This terminal is easy to navigate. Parking is convenient and the people are very friendly.
