I would give this company zero if I could. Don't use this company unless you are comfortable with them walking into your house with out permission. Trespassing is their forte. I gave Billy, the owner's son, exact instruction to call me when he arrived, and I would go out to the garage, where the testing was needed in order to meet him, as I had a sleeping baby. Instead he walked into my house with no phone call and no knock on the door, whilst I was changing my baby. How dare he! I was shaking and so upset. They had already ... read more
