Found the first Tom Wood facility that actually puts the customer first! About 2 miles from the airport with family and luggage in tow, we had a flat which required a new tire. Victor the manager and Dan the technician not only ordered, replaced, and installed the new tire on the wheel, but met me on Saturday mid afternoon while the shop is closed to service and install rather than ask me to come back during normal hours.
