I was directed here by Merlin Ford (both owned by Wyatt Group) and there was no-one workkmg at 11am on a Wednesday. The light wwre off and the buildijg looks poorly maintained. I don't think this is an active business. I went to Great Canadian Oil Change on 8th = good service at a fair price.
VWAG's alternative to waiting all day for an oil change and tire rotate. At least this time they rotated the tires, I believe. I travel lots of gravel with my F150, so yes they get filled with gravel, but if you have the tire off it takes seconds to clean the inside of the rim. Tire balancer was "broken" as they explained to another customer, thank god as they would've been really out of balance after I took it to their competitors car wash to clean them out, so why not tell me that before I PAID for the Platinum package? I came over at 8 am to get tires on only for staff to tell me that the tool needed was broken on Friday, that you had been informed of it and it had not been replaced! One wrench piece breaks and you can’t do the job a shop should have a few of these if the job depends on it. Seems very unprofessional to me.
