DO NOT go to the Mobil 1 Lube Express on Gandy and Dale Mabry!! I am sitting with my mom right now with a dead car. She went and got her oil changed YESTERDAY and they didn’t bother to check anything else. Her battery terminals are so corroded AND there is a huge bulge in her front tire. How can you run a business where your job is to put people back on the road safely and not check the basics?!?! Happy Thanksgiving 🍁
I've been going to this Mobil 1 Lube Express for at least a couple years. Besides oil changes, I've had my A/C serviced, my transmission fluid replaced and even my foggy headlights miraculously buffed clear for less than $100. If I have to have something small done, I can stop by and they'll do it at no charge. If they can't fix something, they're honest and send me to a mechanic who specializes in my 2010 Honda Fit. I highly recommend this Mobil 1 Lube Express!!
Treated like family all the time. Top notch service and you will never be taken advantage of. Honesty goes a long way to achieve loyalty and commitment. Keep up the great job!
These guys are straight forward about everything. Honesty is a big deal with me when it comes to cars. They don't lie to you about anything needed to up sell you and if you ask if something is needed and you don't, they'll let you know. Very cool guys. I've been going there for years.
