I came here today to get an oil change. This woman behind the counter was probably the rudest person I have ever had the chance to meet. I walk in the door and she commands me to sit down.when I was the only one here.then she yells to me from across the floor "you aren't in the system ". I said you don't even know who I am. All you did was tell me to rudely sit down. Very bad Car Wash service, the hair from our pet was still in the car after the it was "cleaned". Remaining os cookies remained untouched. Don't recommend.

I have nothing but high praise for Manager Kevin. I brought my car in for an oil change. He checked out other things and gave me the time and attention to explain what my options were. There was no pressure. It is rare to get such excellent customer service and attention. He made my car a safer car to drive and I appreciate that. The manager threatened my family and tried to break in the vechile hiting the window demanding it be moved.. it couldn't be moved I had the keys ... we are contacting corporate about this. He was extremely rude and said profane language. We got a flat tire,and I went to buy flat fix before we were going to get our oil changed... we decided not too. This very rude employee, didn't treat me in a repestful manner, he should be retrained or fired. I would like to be contacted by the ower
