Would HIGHLY recommend not using this "business". Younger black man with dreads was okay. However the other black man made this experience HORRIBLE. If it was possible to do negative star I would have. Very unprofessional and rude service. He yelled and got hostile with my boyfriend when we showed up to have our car looked at. MASSIVE shout out to Mobil 1 on the Old Steese! They are my regular go-to for oil changes on personal and work vehicles. They are quick and very communicative of the condition of each vehicle. I very much appreciate that they don’t “OVER repair” stuff that doesn’t need fixed, and are very easy to put quotes together. The manager, Eric (sp?), and his team are top notch. I've been going to Mobil 1 for years. Every time I go I get the absolute best service! They have gone out of their way many times to help me figure things out and have been so incredibly patient. I am one of those people who is very specific with what i expect and they have exceeded it every time! From the front desk lady who's phenomenal to Eric and all the wonderful guys whom make me feel like I'm part of their family I appreciate you all!
Totally recommend this place! I went for a tire changeover and I was in and out in less than an hour. Last time I went to Walmart, they lost my key and to get tires changed at the dealership, it’s twice as much. These guys were friendly, super helpful, and so honest about pricing. I have to get my brakes done next and I’ll definitely be going here! Thanks y’all!
My boyfriend went there about an hour before closing to get an oil change on his truck. We went to wash the truck afterwards and the light turn on saying it needed oil. He check the dip stick it was DRY!!! We added 4 quarts of oil. We take picture of the screen saying it was low on oil and had the receipt for the oil we had to purchase. The oil change itself was 177 bucks!!! They we close so we couldn’t go there and have them put oil in it.
