Hello, I’ve been a loyal customer taking my fleet of delivery vehicles for services at the car wash sparking image on white ln, and gosford for years, I’ve oven written 5 star reviews in the past, but today I had a very rude negative experience with your workers, they didn’t allow me to get off my vehicle while changing the oil, and that didn’t bother me much, but after that I took it to have it washed and the women by the vacuums also didn’t want me to get off my vehicle saying I had to drive it through the wash myself, unl... read more
I was very satisfied with the service on my Ford truck. Got well attended by the employees in the front, everyone is very respectful and their service are top notch.
Highly recommend coming here, they have excellent service, Brought in my car for a detail on the inside and it was like a new car at the end. Jonathan was a really big help as well!
The service is getting worse and worse. Pay for the basic package. In their service, they think it's normal not to wash it, so they have to be upgraded to the highest packaging. If I pay for the highest package, can it be guaranteed to be clean? Their service is irresponsible and has been evading responsibility.
