These guys are a joke . Told me we had a case back in December of last year . Had me fill out a retainer and told me not to take my vehicle back to the dealer costing me 3 months of tip toeing around town in my defective vehicle . When I finally hunted down Robert Mobasseri and got a hold of him he seemed clueless as to what was happening with my case and said he would look into it and get back to me the following day .
