If you are looking for an eye doctor- Dr. Meffan is AMAZING! She had a scheduled visit with my 3 year old son and she captivated him, he loved it and begged to go back. I CANNOT recommend her highly enough. She went above and beyond and is truly gifted.
The secretary is horrible! She’s rude and doesn’t know how to do her job! She over charges me every year and has to give me a refund after insurance pays. (I tell her every time what my insurance pays but she says I’m wrong) Last month, My sons glasses broke and she told me they won’t be replaced, even though when we purchased them we were told they had a warranty! She never calls back when you leave a message and she once broke my sons glasses and then tried to tell me I needed to pay for her mistake. I will never go back a... read more

Have been going to Dr. Moats for 10+ years. Very professional. Always very happy with my visits/glasses.
If there was an option for 0 stars would have given it. Mindy is rude, hung up on me twice and cost you a customer. I have let the referring program know as well.
Have been going to this dentist for several years. Failed to cancel appointment one time and was billed 50.00. Ask if only this one time it could be waived and was told no. You can cancel 5 minutes before and no charge. Horrible customer service....will be finding a new optometrist.
Cant thank Dr. Martin enough for his patience in trying to get me just the right contacts!!!
