Why do we have to give at least one star in the rating? These guys don't deserve any stars. Was unfortunate to have MOAD services come out when I had an American Home Shield warranty. The first time they came out to fix my heat pump and didn't do a great job, it was malfunctioning again within 48 hours. Had to call another company to come out and fix the issue the right way. We were working with this company for several years and have no complaints. It looks like they are a family owned business, pleasant people and highly professional. They are quick to respond, leave messages with updates, and their work in decent. It is easy for the customers get frustrated without AC when it's 100F outside, but they do their best to address multiple requests, and I wanted to thank them for their efforts.

Rude on the phone. Installed a water heater improperly which caused it to leak. I found out that American Home Shield Warranty doesn't use MOAD services anymore. No wonder why. So instead of my family and I waiting a week to have our hot water heater replaced, I called a local trusted Plummer who replaced it at a reasonable cost because I don't have time to wait around.
