These guys are awesome! Can't believe how lucky I am to have this bike shop in the town I live in. Super helpful. Knowledgeable and don't act like you're typical bike shop types. I highly recommend anybody coming in here for any bike related questions or help.
Great people and great bike shop!
I waited seven weeks to receive a new and un-ridable bike. I do not recommend the MOAB bike store in Franklin, TN. I purchased a bike for my wife off the floor without issue. I ordered my bike from the Specialized website and had it delivered to the Franklin MOAB bike store. I purchased derailer and crankset upgrades from the MOAB shop and an upgraded fork from another source. The fork was incompatible with the front hub, different front hub spacers were needed. This place is LEGIT! The owner Mark is super persoanable and runs an outstanding business. He's personally helped me out with my first bike, getting sized up and making some additions to it. Xavier helped me out with maintenance and sizing me for my triathlon bike ensuing is was as comfortable as possible for my ironman race. Jeremy was super clutch and knowledgeable about my bike and some accessories. Everyone has been very friendly, they know their stuff, and talk to you like honest family.
