Absolutely horrible and RUN! These guys are awful and negligent. We found out that there were Airbnb units in our building that mo2 solely used for short term weekend rentals creating serious security issues and guests would trash the common areas. Horrible customer experience considering our rent was over $3,000/mo in the West Loop.
