The building is targeted with several thefts and open pathways into the building. Management claims no liability and has done little to mitigate the theft. What has been added (new door) still hasnt deterred introducers. Additionally, they wont provide video footage for the Common Areas or say its unavailable. AVOID at all costs. This is a bad business with no regard for the people it supposed to serve. Do not give them your hard earned money as rent. Extremely negligent. They bought a building I was renting an apartment in and forced everyone out so they can jack up the rent. Without any notice they sent in construction workers who left the doors open sometimes even overnight. The workers were not introduced to the renters nor did they wear any sort of identification so basically anyone could walk in from the street. They turne... read more
