Security deposit scammers. They use all the usual tricks to try and take your money to pay for upkeep of the place, like claiming "maintaining the bathroom caulk" means replacing it. But they'll also charge you for items after they accept the keys and claim it's still your responsibility. Even worse, they run a scam where they give huge surcharges to individual contractors who they have a relationship with, presumably to get lower rates on the work they have to pay for.
