Mo was fantastic to work with in selling our home. Mo made it easy and stress-free in preparing us to sell the house. We had painting, floor refinishing, and minor handyman work to complete that Mo was very helpful in advising us on and getting us the tradesmen to get the jobs done. This was a major stress reducer!! Mo's knowledge of the market made us feel comfortable with all of our decisions. Mo was very communicative and responded back quickly when we reached out. We had a wonderful experience with Mo. He helped me sell my home and purchase our new home. Our timeline and situation was a little unique and, at times, a little ambiguous - Mo was very patient and was able to help us navigate despite the challenges. He is always positive but will be honest about what sees/knows would be best. He got to know us on a personal level and it really helped in not having to see a ton of homes before we found the perfect place. He was a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend :)
