Susie was an excellent cleaner. She reviewed everything she was going to do before starting to clean, and did just as she said she would. Our apartment is immaculate. I would definitely have her come back again!
I just came home to an apartment that is absolutely gleaming (and you seriously should have seen it before). She was super fast, professional, and kind - she was extremely responsive, even on the day before Thanksgiving when I can imagine she is very busy. Her prices are also so, so reasonable! I am just thrilled with the whole experience, and will definitely be asking Amy to come back as well as recommending her to everyone I meet.
