They are very unprofessional they took 2 hours after the time they originally gave me then they left me stranded 2 hours from home after I paid $450 to get a tow for me and my car. They told me they had to make another stop and I had to find my way home I had to walk because I used my $450 on the tow and that’s all I had at the moment I was at work doing this whole ordeal I do not appreciate what they have done if I was anyone else I will not spend my hard earned money money with them they do not care about your well being
Beware. This company steals cars from parking lots without consent from business owners. We parked our car at one establishment, ordered food for take out and ran next door to pick up another takeout order and in between that time our car was towed. When we questioned the restaurant manager they said they didn’t call M&N and when we questioned the towing company they made a phony phone call to the business we were towed from and refused to release the recorded calls. Sam arrived quickly, was communicative about his eta, and was friendly. I would use this tow service again
Sam is a good at is job
My car broke down in the wrong spot and the cops called this company to tow it, I had zero say since it was in a spot where it had to be moved immediately. I was charged $315 for an 8 mile tow and the operator left my parking brake on for the duration of my tow so to add insult to injury I now need new snow tires (mine are a year old) and/or brakes. Avoid this place Edit: got my car back from the shop and my emergency brake no longer does anything... Not gonna rest until I am refunded and my car is fixed.
