Yele runs a shady business, illegal business deals (over charging tenants on deposit/failure to deliver or return funds.) As an owner I was often delays by months in receiving rent or longer and am still owed funds 6 months after cancelling. Terrible service, shady owners. STAY AWAY!
As a property owner, my experience with MNPMC (sometime called MN PropertyNerds) as a property manager has been extremely disappointing. Over the past year, I've had to make frequent calls and send numerous emails—sometimes daily to MNPMC's office and the managing partner to receive timely owner disbursements.
