My experience with Joe was fantastic. Professional, smart, punctual, communicative, and always had my best interest at the forefront. I would review Joe on every real estate website if I could because he deserves it. Unfortunately so many real estate review sites make you sign up before they allow the review to be public.
We looked at 110 homes with Joe Houghton and he talked us out of at least 50 of them. We are so thankful to have met Joe at an open house a year earlier. He never bothered us, but always responded to our inquiry promptly. We've referred Joe to several people and they have all been happy with his services.
Joe renewed my faith in the Real Estate community. Joseph Houghton showed me 115 homes over the course of 5 months all over the Twin Cities and I never once felt pressure and always felt like Joseph was out for my best interest.
