store set up is poor, staff is worst. the WORST customer service EVER! Save a trip and shop where customer service is taught and expected.

Bought a "new" garbage disposal. Opened it up it was filthy from someone else. Ran water through it, it came out the other side. They wont take it back because "filthy doesnt mean it won't work". What the Hell!!! Its defective, and appalling!

Do not shop here at all!! Worst management i have ever experience. The new guy they hired i believe his name is Bruce, is a complete DRUNK!! he reeks of alcohol and is way too much when it comes to talking to costumers where it borderlines on harassment . They list an item on Craigslist, so we call them and they let us know that they list items online 5-7 days BEFORE they receive them. So if you see them "Advertise" something, CALL First, they probably don't have it yet. FYI, the price was already higher than Amazon, but I wanted it that day. Prime it is
