MN Custom Homes built my neighbors house 6 inches over the line onto my property, 7 years ago, and they have yet to settle with me and make things right. They were told something was wrong 3 times during construction and responded with, “it doesn’t matter. We will just buy your house and fix it later.” They even demolished the previous house and ignored the footprint it had and moved the new foundation over 5 feet, so they had to have known something was wrong. MN Custom homes built my neighbors house, retaining wall and fence over the line onto my property. Their employees were notified at the time of construction, and they said, "It doesn't matter, you'll sell to us anyway and then we can fix it." Over 2 years later I am still fighting them, their surveyor, the city, the title company and an army of lawyers. They have not even offered to come take the fence down. They could not care less.
