MN Custom homes built my neighbors house, retaining wall and fence over the line onto my property. Their employees were notified at the time of construction, and they said, "It doesn't matter, you'll sell to us anyway and then we can fix it." Over 2 years later I am still fighting them, their surveyor, the city, the title company and an army of lawyers. They have not even offered to come take the fence down. They could not care less.
