This is the second time I Have encountered this Service not safe at all to do so. My son is total care and between 4 Paramedics they could not transfer him from The stretcher to the bed without dropping him this is unacceptable. The first time we encountered them, the paramedic broke a piece off of his ventilator and he had to be rushed back to the hospital. I say a -10 out of 10 I do not recommend.

If you ever have to be transported, do not use this place no matter what. They will bill your insurance and bill you and keep all the money, getting double paid. They will play dumb with every fact you give them. My insurance paid them their full amount and I still had to pay them over half of the amount too. So my $1300 bill was paid in full by my insurance and I paid almost another $1000 because they faked not getting all of it. Ambulance caught on fire while I was being transported. Originally 1 star but updated to 2 since the crew didn’t let me get cooked in a burning ambulance.
