The service itself was fine, but the communication was frustrating. I called ahead and was told loaner cars are not provided for inspections, so I arranged to be dropped off. When I arrived, I was then told loaners are available. For a Porsche dealership, I expected clearer and more consistent customer service. The experience just doesn’t feel as polished as it used to
Professional, Steve did a great job, kept me up to date each day. Loaner program was excellent. Was lucky that what they found was under warranty. Ultimately gave me trust in the Dealership.
Good dealership and good prices on loaner cars with minimal miles
Had a great experience at Porsche Conshohocken yesterday! Leo was extremely knowledgeable and provided the best customer service on the journey of purchasing my Macan yesterday!! I will drive over 40 minutes passing another Porsche Dealer just to come to this team here and Leo. Highly recommend!!
A great group of people work at Porsche Conshohoken !!! and Eric E took great care of me - I desired a very personally designed Panamera At a competitive price with ease.
