Sherrill or Cheryl, don’t know how you spell it but she works at the front desk is EXTREMELY rude and not helpful at all. Every time I call she acts like I am wasting her time and rushes me off the phone. I was going to give this office a chance but not after a few encounters with her! If you don’t like your job that much and you will not prioritize your patients, please just quit so they can hire someone who will.
I was there about 9 months ago. It is an Excellent clinic. Everyone was very professional. Doctor Gowda was great as was all the personnel. I had a bad experience with the local vein clinic in Cookeville so I was happy I changed to MMC. Thank you.
