By treating long time renters with some respect and not being a greedy corporation trying to squeeze every penny out of their customers. Especially the ones that have never causes any issues in the 5 years of renting.

Mr. Tompkins, everyone is entitled to their opinion, however we are not a greedy corporation. We are a locally owned company and we take great care of the assets in our stewardship. Our expectations were very clear and in writing. If you leave a home with damages or do not take care of the property as required you will be charged accordingly.
The staff and people that work here do no care about their customers and how they treat them with problems their apartments that are under them have caused. Never recommend renting anything from them
RecommendedThe staff at every level has always been very kind, and responsive to our needs as tenants. We have never had a negative experience with any of the staff. The property we rent is in fantastic shape, and the rent is very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone.
We had a water leak in our apartment this afternoon and the guys from MMC (including the Vice President) were out here with our Northfield Lodge maintenance man in record time to take care of everything for us. They were so polite and respectful. And this was a Friday evening around quitting time. They didn't complain once about having to extend their work week. Thank you so much guys!!!
This rental agency is garbage. We were the first to put in an application for a rental (and were told we would be the first to be considered because of this), and they made us pay almost $100 in app fees, ran hard checks on our credit, called all of our references, only to rent the house to someone else because they didn't wait for one reference to call them back, and ran someone else's application first. They were unclear about the application process from the get.
