When I moved here from Los Angeles my coach Shawn Williams the owner of 5- Star Martial Arts Renzo Gracie LA affiliate told me that this is the gym I should to go to. I was pleasantly surprised by the team I was welcomed into. Professor Shawn Hammonds, BT, and Clay Haywood along with there team are world class, and good everywhere. In Nashville for work for a couple of days and I dropped in for an evening BJJ class. Good instructors, good rolls. They have a bunch of super athletic guys that put this 40 year old dude through the ringer. I'd recommend Nashville MMA, and I'll return when I'm back in town.

I get to practice when my daughter gets to practice! It’s our Mommie/Daughter thang and we have fallin in love with the NMMA family that welcomed us the moment we joined! Being inexperienced, I feel like the instruction is outstanding! All with being inspired by the professional MMA fighters that are training around you:)
