I bought a vehicle. It died within the same day. Can’t get the guy on the phone. Won’t answer a text message. This is as bad as it gets. Run like hell from this place.
I wish I could leave a 0 star review. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE!!!! My friend bought her car from here and within a week started having issues with the head gasket. All mechanics confirmed this was an on-going issue and had been happening for a while and she was still sold this car and told there were no issues. She is not from America and moved here recently and was taken advantage of. I purchased a vehicle from M&M wholesale in Denham Springs and I KNOW it is a USED car lot However Nelson said this vehicle was in Great condition and it was very nice looking. However, I couldn't hear the problems as the 4 wheel drive was locked in place and had to be fixed (which They did) and when I picked up the vehicle it was making a metal to metal sound so I took it and had the brake pads and rotors changed and it fixed that problem for $444. I gave it one star because it is a nice establishment. First, most of the vehicles on this lot have major blemishes and touch up paint. I found a car I liked. I waited for test drive, as car was being repaired about 30 minutes away. When it arrived, I drove it and liked the car, but the heater did not work. I told them about it, they said it takes awhile for the heater to work on a diesel. I reminded them that the car has been running for over 30 minutes, so the heater does not work. Horrible customer service! Called on yesterday afternoon hoping to purchase vehicle found online. The owner said he didn't think that would be possible since we were coming from Laplace and they close at 5pm. The office hours listed on their website states 8am to 5pm, however I have been calling all morning and only getting a voicemail message. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this experience.
