I made an order, never received confirmation although my account was charged. Called and was told the parts would have to come from the manufacturer (DeWalt) in 10-14 days. After 11 days I received a cancellation notice stating the parts were no longer available but they still show on Dee’s Ltd website and other tool parts suppliers inventories,(the refund showed up after 3 more days). I wrote to express my displeasure, no response. Customer service ain’t all that important I guess. Would not recommend.
Recommendedpurchased the xps light upgrade kit for my dewalt 779. arrived quickly and I watched the youtube video while I installed it. part fit great and light works amazing! really speeds up the process without having to double check everything.
I purchased the DWS779 XPS light upgrade kit from M&M on Monday and it arrived today, well ahead of the expected delivery date (bonus points!). The kit included everything needed to install the XPS light system on my saw, including a wiring harness that made the job so much easier than expected. The instructional YouTube video was spot on and easy to follow. 12 minutes later (took me a little longer than the 10 minutes quoted in the video) and I had a functioning, accurate miter saw with LED shadow light. ordered the XPS light kit for my DWS779. great kit. watched the video on YouTube while I installed it. works great. definitely will have to look at other tools I have that can be upgraded in the future.
Took my money over a month ago, repeatedly tried to get answers from them and have been constantly ignored. BEWARE to anyone thinking of dealing with these people, they have before and will again steal money. Check out their 1 star reviews, I'm not the only one who was stolen from.
Customer service is poor, or rather nonexistent. Order was poorly packaged. Two items damaged is shipping as a result. Contacted to share this with no response. I cannot recommend this company.
We ordered from them and have had a problem with the order. They repeatedly have ignored our emails. Horrible customer service and we will never do business with them again.
Shout out to M&M! Absolutely the best customer service you will find, for contractor grade tools! I can’t count the times they have really come through for me when it’s needed most!
Best prices in town! Great customer service. I won’t go anywhere else for my Tool needs!
