I ordered parts for my discontinued Milwaukee bandsaw. Didn’t receive a confirmation email after paying and waited three weeks with no response. Save yourself the trouble and order from a reputable company. I called the local Salt Lake number and spoke to a CS rep inquiring about a part for my router. He informed me that they had 3 in stock so I jumped online and placed an order for all 3 as the price was super low assuming it was discontinued. The absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They sale you parts they don’t have and you don’t find out until they have your money. I needed my Jet grinder back up and running but every time I called about my order they told me it was back ordered. After a month they told me they could only get 1 of the 5 items I ordered but it would ship out that day.
