I absolutely love coming to M&M Trading Salon! I’ve been getting my lashes done every two weeks here, along with threading, full face wax, and Brazilian wax, and every experience has been amazing. Sita is truly wonderful — she is so professional, gentle, caring, and talented at what she does. The way they work here is very clean, detailed, and welcoming. I’ve had my eyebrows ruined here three times when I visited out of necessity. The stylist can be rude and doesn’t seem to put in the effort compared to other threading salons in the Tri-Valley. Even for something as simple as upper lip hair, it’s obvious the job wasn’t thorough (as someone who has been getting threaded for 10 years now, I know my stuff haha) Overall, the service feels lazy and disappointing.
The person that threaded my eyebrows did a good job.
I’ve been to many salons, but the attention to detail here is amazing. They take their time and make sure everything looks perfect.
