Recently we sold our rental property and used Tri Chikami as our broker. Well, it couldn’t have gone smoother! We did all the paper work by email and Teri was excellent at making it all seem easy. Having represented both the Seller and Buyer was also advantageous, insofar as dealing with both parties made negotiating fair and easy. If we had to do it again, would still have Teri represent us. Well done and thank you Teri!

I was referred to MM property by Brad of AMC for managing our rental home in Folsom. Anna of MM Property Management has done an exceptional job in getting the property ready after we moved out. She diligently showed the home to many interested parties, and now we have an application to rent the home we are very thankful to MM properties for the professional and courteous service.

After having a difficult time finding quality tenants for my apartment house in midtown, I was advised to try the services of MM Properties, and in particular Teri C. In less than 2 months she has filled my vacancies, 4 to be exact, with excellent renters, all of whom are prescreened with a process which ensure that I am getting the not only top tenants but also top rents. As a consequence, I am in the process of signing another leasing contract with Teri to handle the same service for another building in the area.
