Our condo association made the switch to M & M Property Management several years ago and we could not be happier with them (I am speaking as a member of our Board). From the get go, our manager, Chris Thompson, has handled all matters and issues in a timely manner. He assisted us in getting a Reserve Study done, a must for aging buildings. I've been in my unit now for several years and have had a great experience with the condo management provided by M&M. Chris Thompson is a very responsive community manager!
We were really lucky to have Alexis help us out with finding our place. We toured a couple places with her and she was always helpful and really quick on her replies to our questions. I would highly recommend M&M for finding an apartment, and again huge thanks to Alexis for making the process super easy and quick.
