I’ve lived in 3 different buildings that M&M managed and each were well maintained and managed. Response times were good to any issue and their customer service was top notch. If I ever rent again, I would definitely live in a building managed by M&M.

I should’ve listened to the reviews before signing a lease with this absolutely useless property management company. My unit had a disgusting, year-round bug infestation with roaches, centipedes, and more. We begged for real pest control multiple times, and every single time they refused to do anything. All they did was hand us bug spray and leave us to deal with it. Maintenance would say they’d talk to the property manager, but we wouldn’t hear back for days, if ever.
