We just shipped a Jeep from ** to VA and ******* at M&M Logistics did an amazing job! He was very polite & professional and everything went smoothly. Our Jeep was picked up on time and delivered on time! We would definitely recommend M&M to anyone looking to ship a vehicle.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM If I could give these people 0 stars I would, they are the most predatory company I seen, all they care about is their commission as brokers, ****** is the worst, he called me 20 times in 45 minutes to get his payment via zelle, and while I was busy intaking 5 cars I shipped with them, he filled out fraudulent freight forwarding apps to get marketers to flood my phone with calls because he though he wasnt going to get his commission, I had to file a police report on this company Stay away

************** I filled out "the form" and received about 10 emails from multiple brokers. After reading the BBB reviews for the 4 I choose, I went with M&M because their responses were all very reasonable and the "complaints" were more misunderstandings than double crossing backhanded deals. Needed to ship a van from CA to NM. ***************************** is a scammer. I requested an exact quote because I read these brokers can keep adding fees and he asked me give him a few minutes to contact drivers for an exact quote. Didnt hear from him all day, finally I called and he said he needed more time. I began calling other brokers for quotes, I quickly learned that other brokers cannot give me a competitive price because ***** has already claimed me on the board as a contract. Responsible driver. He picked the car on time, he called me first to make sure I knew where to drop the car. Delivered the car the day and time he promised. No issues whatsoever.

They told me they were going to pick up my car never showed up. Charged my credit card $250 and never refunded me I had to open a credit card dispute with my credit card company. Horrible way to do Buisness I do not recommend them

M&M Freight refused to step up and cover out loss of a COD that THEIR customer stopped payment on. Our company proved that we transported a vehicle in good faith for their customer and we provided proof that no damage was done to this vehicle by our company. M&M freight has not been gracious enough to cover our loss. We feel as in good business practice M&M Freight should compensate us for our loss as it was their customer and we did good service.
