Shows up when when he says he will and cares about his customers! Very responsive and came to fix my outlets the same day I reached out to him. When I told him I found a meter he forgot in the garage, he insisted I leave it outside so he could pick it up without ringing the doorbell or bothering us. Extremely considerate!
Wonderful customer service, the owner/operator came out that day to look into my issue, no charge estimate. I can only hope my landlord follows through with the repairs. City inspector even asked how I knew owner/operator, I said “I just googled electrician. Why?” City inspector advised he’s the best & based on his customer skills alone, I believe it.
