I rarely give reviews online but I must say this business is extremely disappointing unprofessional and unreliable . I have a broken washer and dryer in the middle of my house I made an appointment for 9 AM at 3pm they still haven’t showed after two phone calls spoke to the owner she said I canceled the call. As I proceeded to explain To her she then told me her husband called the wrong number two times needless to say I called her twice asking where the tech was. I am just astounded at how rude she was. Great experience. We needed a part for our dryer and found these guys. I came the first day with my kids, masks and all. They were super polite and efficient. He didn’t have what I needed but ordered it right there and told me it’d be a day or two for pick up, but he’d call me when it came. Next day delivery was delayed but he called twice to keep us informed. Second day, part came in so we drove to pick it up.
