Recently MLY was selected to restore our basement water leak damage. They not just identified the problem, that several others could not figure out, but they systematically did all the steps to restore it perfectly back to original condition. Mark , Lez and his team ( Neil's and Josea) are amazing to deal with. Professional and Friendly! Will recommend their service to anyone. From emergency services to final cleanup, they go Above and Beyond your expectations
If I could give less stars I would! This company is an absolute joke! They lie about the amount of hours they are at your house for, they lie about the amount of truck loads of garbage they take (they didnt even take all the garbage/waste) they lie about the equipement they brought to do the emergency work. They tried to charge me for a generator and a sump pump that i rented to do my own emergency work. Communication is horrible and they are not professional at all. Unprofessional and wants to nickel and dime you for their mismanagement and lack of organization. Take a pass.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this contractor. Our insurance claim, which was filed in April 2024, is still not fully resolved as of November 2024. A key part of the project required approval from our condo board for drywall repairs, but despite numerous requests, the contractor, Les, failed to send the necessary information to the board. We had wAter in our basement and used mly to clean up and fix our issues. Marks crew are great we had Derek and Jason doing work for us in the basement and they were very professional they cleaned up every day and did a nice job thank you for your hard work I would definitely use this company again. Mark Dekker is the best. Honest,empathetic, professional. Great work
