I myself had trouble going to big dealerships,I figured I would give them a try,well to drag it out and tell me that I had to come up with money down when they say no money down and guaranteed financing for everybody is a joke,they kept telling me that they had to wait to hear from the credit union they deal with and low and behold they never ran the credit app,after looking at my credit report myself,the credit union wanted money down and for me to not have a car already and the only way it would go through was to sell my c... read more
Katie went above and beyond, was a total genuine and laid-back - not pushy, thank goodness - sweetheart, & made our car buying experience a great one! Lied to me about price before I went to the dealership for one specific car on their lot. They were extremely pushy about me getting a cosigner so I could qualify for their over the top price even though I told them I will not have a cosigner ever. And then they pulled my credit to have my information on file after I told them I decided I was not interested in the car. Horrible dealer do not do business with them.
This was the best experience ever! My daughter needed a car and had bad credit with no cash. They worked so hard to get her in a beautiful Cruz with only 14, 000 miles. Reasonable payment. Thank you Katie
