Soy residente de los apartamentos Gwinnett Station en Tucker, mi queja es sobre la manager, se mete con los niños a regañarlos con el simple echo de jugar futbol, y hace qué los niños le muestren donde viven sus papas, y a mi y otros padres nos llego una multa de $250 y en ningún momento se nos notificó por medio de alguna carta antes de multarnos, el día que regañó a mi hijo el se puso triste y no quería salir de su cuarto. If you’re considering any property managed by ML Property Group…DONT DO IT!!! They are extremely rude and have no empathy at all!!! If you’re behind on rent they treat you like literal trash! Everyone has fallen behind at least once, that doesn’t mean you treat them bad!!! I’m not even 30 days late yet and they turned off my power in my unit without notice! I live in 3506 the commons I did report my a/c isn’t working due to a 4 months old in the house it’s important to get fixed I did reported on 2/19/26 and it’s not even get checked on management office they said the ride it’s done and they can’t do anything about it if maintenance supervisor not doing it. So sad
The experience with these companies has been quite frustrating. I was supposed to rent an apartment from one of their complexes, but the process was delayed by the property manager. As a result, my funds have been lost, and they are refusing to issue a refund. Each time I call to inquire about the status, I am met with further delays, leading me to feel as though my money has been taken without justification.
Worst experience I've ever had leasing anywhere! Dont live here! They will harass you, not address your concerns, i can literally hear my upstairs neighbor get out of bed every morning the floor creaks and on Friday and Saturday night they be partying up stairs during quiet hours! To find out that the person above me is a property manager with the company aftering knocking on the door at 1am to ask them to quiet down! And they are being protected while disturbing my peace!
