I would advise potential tenants to exercise caution when considering this management company and its properties.

I dealt with a persistent roach infestation and mold in my apartment, including mold that returned after it had supposedly been addressed. The roach problem and mold were still present when I moved out, and I have photos and videos documenting the conditions.
