He took a deposit for a deck staining job but never even started the project, very dishonest and I would never recommend him for anything, there are other reviews describing him doing the same thing to others.
Do NOT use Matt. He was the first to respond and come to my home to give a bid for powerwashing and painting our front porch. He came, looked at the porch, talked a big game and emailed us a quote and his “contract” the next day. We talked over the phone and he said he’d come over the next morning at 11am for us to sign the contract. 11am came and went, he did not show. This fellow has a high rating and I can't understand why okay he showed up on time but that's all he did was supposed to give an estimate then few days later says he emailed estimate never received it text him asked why didn't answer for hour then comes back tells me I'm rude cause I told him I would report him to Angie's list then he answered with I was rude after his hours as a one man show in a uhaul truck rented for sure
Matthew painted all of my interior walls and living room/hall ceilings and he did such a great job that he is coming back to do the rest of my ceiling as well as all of my doors and casings. He is a great at what he does! Thanks Matthew!
