If I could rate this negative I would, this place is horrible I have been waiting months for my contact lenses and the guy in the front a dark skin male always has a new story about what happened to my lenses. It’s been MONTHS this place is getting on my nerves
The doctor at this establishment is incredibly rude. I have previously been able to order contacts through a third party company with a glasses prescription from this doctor, however this time I decided to order from a different company and this office denied my prescription. When I called to inquire about why I now need a contact prescription, when previously I was able to order contacts with my regular glasses prescription, this doctor escalated and accused me of “disrespecting what he does” when I was simply and respectfu... read more
