Before moving into the house we recently purchased, we made the decision to have the ducts cleaned. In the furnace area, they discovered mold growth, dust, and building waste. They performed complete sanitization, coil cleaning, and mold treatment. All of the return vents had been cleaned out. The air feels clean and fresh now when we turn on the system. We could not have made a better move-in choice.
