Rent anywhere but a BPG property - they are the worst If I could rate zero stars, I would. BPG has truly been the worst landlord experience I have ever had. There are so many reasons to never rent a BPG property. First, they do not care about their tenants wellbeing or health. My AC broke May 18th and nearly two months later, it still is not fixed. RecommendedErin is my girl! shout out to the staff for making this place super cute and welcoming! The building is pretty cool, the location is grand. Walking distance from shops on Market, 25min drive to Center City. The one bedroom apartments are spacious, with open floor concept. Tall windows, bathroom is huge, overall its a good place to live. Neighbors are pretty dope too!
I live at MKT Place. The apartments are beautiful but management is absolutely terrible! NEVER move here. None of the people working for MKT know how to do their job, not the property manager, accountant, etc. I have been harrassed for my whole entire lease regarding money that I never owed. I can't tell you how many times I received a letter stating that I should call my leasing office before they take me to court for money I did not owe. We will be moving in at the end of December. We toured 608 and it was the perfect style and size for us. Plus a great price.
My experience so far has been amazing! As a first-time, out-of-state renter, MKT has been so accommodating. Unfortunately, I was never able to set foot in the office or the living spaces, but that did not matter one bit. From my initial call inquiring about MKT, Sallie was available every step of the way. I had a great experience so far. The leasing professional (Roben) worked with me from my intitial inquiry to signing my lease. She was patient, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. She spent time with me to better understand my personal circumstances and customize my selection and potential options. Love how my apartment is brand new and has its own washer and dryer. Also Casey, the property manager, is always so nice and helpful (:
Nice countertops and appliances, lots of natural light. Backyard is not kept clean though and residents should be able to buzz guests in with keypad.
