I chose MKS Automotive for an oil change based on their location and strong reviews. I don’t take this particular car just anywhere, as it’s a specialty vehicle (Dodge Viper). I was able to easily schedule an appointment online, and I even called the day before to confirm they were comfortable working on it. While it was a simple oil change, I’ve actually been turned away in the past even by a Dodge dealership. Met Karla & Mark this week & had my F150 diagnosed and repaired. Very satisfied with their family auto repair business. Highly recomended!!!!! I finally found an honest mechanic in Miami.
I went in as a last minute appointment and I have to say that Karla was very sweet and very knowledgeable. Her staff were professional and I was in and out in no time. These are wonderful folks and I would like to continue taking my vehicle to them in the future.
